Detailed Business & Execution Plan for Proposed $27 Billion National Green Bank

Drawing on our experience creating, operationalizing, and managing NY Green Bank - America's biggest and most successful green bank - we designed a US$27 billion proposal for a private-sector Federal green bank.
A comprehensive operating plan had to be created from the ground up to bring the proposed Federal Green Bank to life. Every detail was thoughtfully addressed, from structure, location, and organization to activities, business development, governance, and oversight. It all began with one question: “How will this work?”
Activities Undertaken:
Created a detailed Operating Plan, describing in detail every aspect of the proposed entity, based on real-world experience.
Created the "First 90-Days" plan with goals and actionable steps.
Created an indicative operating budget.
Created an initial investment intake Request for Proposal.
Goals Achieved:
The 2022 Inflation Reduction Act includes a US $27 billion national green bank / greenhouse gas reduction fund!
